We would be honored to have you join our Serenity Pet Spa family! To start, review our list of Services to understand our grooming process if you haven’t done so already. Then fill out the New Client Form, which includes details such as your contact information, your pet’s details, desired haircut, and your preferred rotation schedule and days and times of the week for booking appointments.
Please note, submitting the New Client Form does not guarantee an appointment – our services are in high demand, but we always do our best to accommodate as many pets as we can! We will reach out to you if we are able to fit your pet in.
If you’re a current client and need to know when your next appointment is, log in to your account using the button below. If for some reason you weren’t able to schedule your next appointment during your last groom, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org to book your next appointment.
If it has been three or more months since your last grooming appointment with us, please fill out the New Client Form to be added to our rotation schedule again.
