Serenity Pet Spa, Madison’s premier dog grooming salon founded by internationally recognized pet groomer, Lis Johnston, provides a high-quality grooming service in an environment of safety and fun, designed to minimize stress and increase happiness.

CAGE-FREE ENVIRONMENT
A cage-free environment provides your pet with a stress-free experience. When you arrive, our staff will greet you and your dog to get acquainted and provide time to relax and play to help your dog feel comfortable and at ease before the groom.

EDUCATION BEYOND THE SPA
At your first appointment, you will receive a 1:1 consult with a groomer to discuss expectations and review any questions or concerns. Our staff also provides at-home care education to help you maintain your pet’s coat health at home.

HIGH-QUALITY PRODUCTS
Your pet’s experience starts with a bath in high-quality, nourishing products designed for your dog’s specific coat. Once bathed, a warm towel awaits them in a private kennel, where they can relax before their groom.

Our staff is trained in our signature Serenity Pet Spa grooming protocols, developed by award-winning pet groomer Lis Johnston. Once dry, your dog will receive a world-class groom based on your dog’s needs and unique coat.
After your pet’s spa day, our staff will set up your grooming schedule to help your furry friend maintain their skin health and happiness! At Serenity Pet Spa, we ask all new clients to book appointments every 10 weeks or sooner, depending on the maintenance required for your pet’s coat.
